Crop Juice is one of my favorite small business gems in Sarasota, Florida! Juicing pairs quite nicely with Purify in terms of detoxing the body. In addition, they say that juicing reduces your risk of cancer, removes toxins, boosts the immune system, aids in weight loss and digestion.
Drinking fresh pressed juice is also ideal if you need some extra nutrients and vitamins in your diet. It is an easy way to get kale, spinach, ginger, etc., all in one serving! There is a greater concentration of nutrients per ounce. The liquid juice from fruits and vegetables contains plenty of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Many people do not get enough nutrients in their diet alone, and the nutrient levels in the foods we consume are much lower than what they used to be. Our food has low nutrient levels today due to the processing ways and how long it takes to get from the farm to the grocery store.
I love juice when I feel sluggish, dehydrated, tired, inflamed, and haven't been eating super clean. After I drink the juice, I get a burst of energy. I can feel my cells doing a happy dance. CROP is the most delicious and refreshing juice I have ever had! (and always filled to the brim) It is consistently good! If you have not tried it, get your booty in there. They have multiple locations. Their place on Stickney Point Rd. even has a drive-thru window!
