Mold Mold Mold

Updated: Nov 5, 2019

Living in Florida many Floridians are exposed to MOLD! Mold thrives in warm and damp places. It is a hazard. It grows quickly in environments with poor ventilation and humidity problems. Mold is a common type of fungus that loves places like attics and basements. It does not need sunlight to grow but it does need water. There are several thousand known mold types. Mold reproduces by creating spores that are released into the air. The spores are then found in the air we breathe but extensive air contamination can cause health problems.

These are some of the symptoms to look for:

-unexplained chronic fatigue

-fever

-aches and pains

-dizziness

-nervous system problems (headaches, moodiness & memory loss)

-watery eyes

-nose + throat irritation

-shortness of breath

These are some of the types of mold found in houses:

-torula

-ulocladium

-zygomycetes

Mold exposure is toxic to brain function. In many cases mold, carbon monoxide poisoning and other toxins can damage the brain and result in memory loss, noticeable personality changes and difficulty focusing. Fortunately, the human body is designed to detox itself. However, it can’t hurt to give it a little assistance! Here are some ways to help it out: detox your diet, eliminate processed foods, buy organic, drink more water, toss away toxic cleaners, take vitamin C and sweat out the toxins at Purify An Urban Sweat Lodge!

Infrared heat can be a very effective way to remove mold toxins. As the infrared light stimulates the cells in order to release toxins. It is also great for inflammation, joint and muscle pain. Infrared increases blood circulation and boosts your immune system. Try Purify 2-3 times a week for a little while and see how it can help you! #purifyanurbansweatlodge #detox #wellness #beauty #health #healthyliving #purifyoursrqblog
